HOW TO USE YOUR KITCHEN SCISSORS: CLICK TO WATCH
Important Tips for Care and Maintenance:
Tip 1: As with any kitchen tool, hot soapy water is the best way to keep your kitchen scissors sanitary, sharp, and safe for food preparation. However, the scissors are also dishwasher safe. After washing, thoroughly dry with a soft kitchen towel, engage the locking mechanism to protect the ultra-sharp blades, and store in a safe place.
Tip 2: While excellent at sectioning poultry into individual pieces, these shears are also a versatile tool for plenty of other kitchen and household tasks! You can use your heavy-duty kitchen scissors to julienne basil or other herbs directly into a pot of spaghetti, to butterfly lobster tails, to cut through small chicken bones, as well as a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, and flower stems.
Tip 3: The scissor handles are designed with black silicone grip points attractively contrasting with the durable rigid red plastic components. Made for both large and small hands, the comfortable handles make food preparation easy, safe, fast, and fun!
Tip 4: Whenever possible, choose the safer kitchen cutting tool that gets the job done easily – which in a lot of cases will be these multipurpose and durable kitchen shears! Also, when teaching your little ones to help prepare food in the kitchen, these scissors are a lot easier and safer to use than a knife.

HOW TO USE YOUR NEW WHETSTONE: CLICK TO WATCH
Important Tips for Care and Maintenance:
Tip 1: This whetstone does NOT require the use of any oil. Water actually works better!
Tip 2: While you’re sharpening the knife, be sure that the surface of the stone appears to be wet. Drizzle a few more drops of water on the stone’s surface every now and then to keep it moist.
Tip 3: Rinse off the whetstone after use, and allow to dry for AT LEAST 48 hours before storing… Remember it’s soaked full of water even though it may feel dry to the touch.
